Welcome to Jasper, Colorado

Founded in 1981 by Luke Anthony, the Jasper Association HOA is a subdivision located in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. The association consists of land owners who oversee the properties roads, maintenance and general well being in the town of Jasper, Colorado. The town is located in the Alamosa valley, just below where the river makes a great sweep around the northern base of Cornwall Mountain. You can take Forest Service road 250 from Monte Vista, Colorado along the Alamosa River to access Jasper.

Jasper has a full-time caretaker for 7 months a year, November through May. There is a board of directors consisting of land owners who help with making monetary and policy decisions. With over 80 cabins and growing each year, the community of Jasper is a beautiful get away for anyone.  The Elevation of the town of Jasper is 9108 feet (2776 meters) and is classified as a Near Ghost Town.
